Tomorrow's Leaders 2010
This Convention, a unique fixture on South Africa's business calendar, has proved to be a pace setter, and a lightning conductor. In short, it is the singular convention for young business - an event which no self respecting corporate company can ignore. The vision for the Tomorrow's Leaders Convention 2010 (TLC 2010) is to connect with Future Leaders in a meaningful and lasting way.
This event aims to highlight the challenges in various economic sectors and create awareness around empowering our new leaders. It will also establish the steps necessary to increase South Africaâ's ability to compete in global markets. Tony
But the most important aspect of the Convention is that it provides the content for the annual Blueprint for Corporate South Africa, a unique coffee table-style book that contains the essence of all debates and discussions at the Convention.
This Blueprint is considered the bible of corporate South Africa, containing extensive information on the way forward for business in a multitude of sectors. In short, it is a roadmap for South African Business to plot the path ahead.
TLC 2010 will be THE place to be seen, to network and to create new avenues for business. And the Blueprint will chart the way, informatively, concisely and extensively. Finally the selected Tomorrow's Leaders candidates, who are put forward by their respective organisation, are automatically enrolled in the Tomorrow's Leaders Fellowship.

Tomorrow's Leaders 2009
At some point in our lives, most of us have encountered a person whose influence has had a profound positive effect on us. As a child, we might have had an older person help us on the road to becoming an adult by looking out for us, showing special concern, sharing advice and providing guidance. As a student, we might have had a professor whose example and encouragement gave us the motivation to explore new territories, to succeed in our scholarship and to take on new intellectual challenges.
Similarly, in our professional lives, many of us can point to a few inspiring individuals who have made such a difference. Someone special might have taken a unique interest in us, provided counsel, suggested direction and helped us advance our careers.
If we are to prosper as a nation on all levels, the leaders of tomorrow need to be identified and developed today.
Tomorrow's Leaders 2008
The world of the 21st century belongs to an information society. This is a global village that increasingly is interacting with real-time interactive voice, visual and print media. It is a world that increasingly is becoming flat and where a monopoly of ideas is disappearing rapidly as the knowledge of the world is shared across the globe instantaneously. The technological barrier to knowledge and understanding is no longer the hurdle. The challenges that remain, amongst others, are those that relate to basic freedoms, literacy and governance. During the summit of “Equipping Tomorrow’s Leaders”, words of wisdom were shared to prepare the future generation of leaders to consolidate the gains of democracy as they steer South Africa through the turbulent waters that come with change and development
