After a selection period of approximately five months the TLC candidates attend the convention, which consists of a one-day convention and an unforgettable Glamour Party Evening.
AT THE CONVENTION corporate and public leaders as well as top thinkers in the world of leadership address Tomorrow’s Leaders.
In the second half of the day the convention BREAKS AWAY into sector-specific sessions to discuss sectorrelated issues, trends and future developments in the context of good leadership.
This is a unique opportunity designed to enable Tomorrow’s Leaders to bond with their peer group, exchange ideas and develop life-time friendships. This is regarded as one of the most important features of the convention.
