A tomorrow's leader is a dynamic leader who has already achieved unusual success in their career and is earmarked to head their company/organisation. They are currently demonstrating the capability, integrity and imagination within their organisations to be a future leader and are already a senior executive.

The fifth anniversary of the convention brings with it a new and exciting dynamic - the inclusion of recent graduates whose record indicates, without a doubt, that they are bound for the boardroom. The aim is to create an ethos of mentorship both within the participating organisations and within the Tomorrow's Leaders Fellowship.

Nominations need to completed by the head of the organisation (MD, CEO, Chairman, Owner, etc). They may however be submitted on behalf of the organisation head by a suitably appointed representative.

Please note that nomination does not include automatic participation in the convention. All nominations are checked by the Tomorrow's Leaders team to ensure that they are valid. Once this process is completed the official invitation will be issued.

All members of the Tomorrow's Leaders Fellowship will be entered in the Meetings Direct business networking programme which aims to match you one-to-one with key players in sectors in which you may be interested. This platform is designed to open up business opportunities.
